January All-Star

Our January All-Star is Ethan Harnish from the Memphis Grizzlies! Our All-Stars are industry innovators and top performers working smarter to increase the overall success of their outings.

Alumni Theme Night Widget
Ethan worked with Murray State, a local college and alma mater of Grizzlies star Ja Morant, on a special ticket package that included a Murray State/Grizzlies hat, fundraising donation, and the opportunity to watch pregame warm-ups. The Murray State Alumni Association helped promote the student and alumni network and Ethan had the offer widget added to their main Grizzlies college spirit nights page. 

800 tickets sold for nearly $48k collected and  $10k in fundraising.

Educator Appreciation Night
Ticket package included a game ticket, t-shirt, and a $10 food and beverage credit. Ryan used Offer Questions to capture buyer t-shirt size and school/organization. 

528 tickets sold for $29k in revenue. 

Lyndsay Marchbanks, Denver Nuggets (NBA)
Public School Community Night
Offer was promoted via direct URL & Facebook and Lyndsay used Offer Questions to capture buyer school/organization. 

515 tickets sold for $21k in revenue.

Heather Harris, Portland Trailblazers (NBA)
Timbers & Thorns Theme Night
Special offer for Timbers Army and Rose City Riveters included a discounted ticket, co-branded Timbers/Thorns/Blazers scarf, and postgame free throws. 

416 tickets sold for $20k in revenue.

David Jimenez, Harlem Globetrotters
Fan Experience Package: Performance Group
Family and friends of a non-profit cheer organization helped promote their halftime performance via direct URL & Facebook. 

407 tickets sold for $13,400 in revenue. 

Travis Sheehan, Villanova (College)
Alumni Fundraising
The Georgetown Alumni Association promoted their discounted offer through email and Facebook. 

242 tickets sold for $16,340 in revenue and $885 in fundraising. 

Rachel Kilman, Tampa Bay Lightning (NHL)
Suite Tickets
Rachel imported a suite event from a reservation, allowing individuals within the suite group to buy their own tickets. Purchase included food & beverage, bus transportation to the game, fundraising donation, and access to a silent auction & raffle prizes. 

Setup tip: create a separate event in Groupmatics for the suite event with the Archtics Event Name. 

73 tickets sold for $10,355 in revenue and $2,420 in fundraising. 

Zach Kaplan, Georgia Tech (College)
Alumni Fundraising
The University of Virginia Alumni Association promoted their discounted offer via direct URL and Facebook. 

126 tickets sold for $5,700 in revenue and $4,410 in fundraising. 

Jen Leone, Philadelphia Phillies (MLB)
Non-Ticketed Offer
Jen Leone ran a NTO for the Phillies’ Winter Breakfast to thank exclusive clients for their support. Attendees had the chance to tour the Phillies Clubhouse, media room, and underground batting cages and participate in a Q & A with Phillies prospects. 

203 RSVPs were collected. 
 

Blake Huckaby, Santa Cruz Warriors (NBGL)
Fan Experience Package: School Group
Local school night included a variety of FEPs, including the National Anthem, pregame court time, and halftime performance. Each ticket purchase came with a free SCW gift and the first 1,500 fans received a D’Angelo Russell Bobblehead.

259 tickets sold for $5,180 in revenue and $1,295 in fundraising. 
 

Joe Quinlan, Maine Red Claws (NBGL)
Youth Program Fundraiser
Each purchase included a donation and came with a free Red Claws hat. Joe used our “Add Tickets” feature to import more tickets on the day of the deadline. 

446 tickets sold for $3,737 in revenue and $866 in fundraising. 
 

James Warner, Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL)
Firefighter’s Memorial Theme Night
Special offer included a game ticket and donation to CT State Firefighter’s Memorial Fund. 

323 tickets sold for $3,230 in revenue and over $1,600 in fundraising. 
 

Aaron Ryley, New York Mets (MLB)
Scout Theme Night Bundle
Aaron imported a ProVenue bundle to sell a game ticket, a scout path, and f&b voucher all together as one item. 

This event isn’t until May and 43 tickets have sold for $1,805 in revenue.
